With the introduction of Windows 10 Anniversary Update, Microsoft has started to push developers to update their apps and games to run on the platform.
The latest version of Windows Defender is now designed to do this by default, and the first release of the new Microsoft Edge browser is now available.
However, Microsoft still isn’t fully committed to bringing the operating system up to speed with new hardware, or in some cases, new operating systems.
Microsoft has promised to get Windows 10 up to par with newer hardware and software, but as the release date nears, it is starting to become increasingly clear that Windows 10 is just too slow to be a viable alternative for many users. Read more
