Computer repair shops have a lot of great stories to tell about their people and their business model, but what about those of us who aren’t?
The new chapter begins in Florida with a young man named Jordan Thomas.
He came to the repair shop to make sure his son wasn’t going to have to go through the same ordeal as his dad.
“He had a bad back,” Jordan says.
“I saw him walking in the parking lot.
I said, ‘You need to go in the surgery room.'”
The next thing Jordan knew, his son was going through the surgery.
As he got ready to leave the room, the surgery took a turn for the worse.
Jordan’s son had a rare form of cancer, and he was in a lot more pain than usual.
Jordan says he wasn’t able to go back in and take care of him.
But that wasn’t the end of the story.
Jordan was still on the phone with his son.
Jordan got the phone to call his boss and told him his son had died.
He wanted to take him to the hospital, but he needed to call back and tell the boss.
Jordan needed the money to get back to work.
So he called up his boss, and Jordan got the money.
Jordan went to the funeral home to make arrangements.
He called the funeral director, who was on the phones with the funeral homes.
He told them about his son’s death and he asked for $1,500.
The funeral director didn’t give Jordan any money.
The funeral home wouldn’t give him any.
Jordan was devastated.
He started crying.
Jordan told his boss that he couldn’t work anymore, and his boss told him to stop calling.
Jordan called his mom, and she told him that she was going to call the funeral directors and say that Jordan needed to go.
Jordan started to cry again, and the funeral house told him not to worry.
Jordan got back on the job, and in less than a month, he was a computer repair supervisor.
Jordan still has trouble paying for bills.
Jordan also started a website that connects people in the community to one another and gives them information about the repair shops in their area.
Jordan is also working to make the repair industry safer and easier for people like him.
